Step 1
Andromeda Property Group receives the Reservation Form via email to contracts@andromedapropertygroup.com.au along with a $1,000 holding deposit. (Bank details will be sent via text).
Step 2
Andromeda Property Group contacts the relevant builder and confirms the Finance Terms, Suggested Valuer, Balance of deposit requirements and the Registration/Settlement due dates.
Step 3
Andromeda Property Group orders the Contract of Sale to be dispatched to client and/or the client’s conveyancer/solicitor.
Step 4
Once contracts have been reviewed by the client and the client’s conveyancer/solicitor (if applicable) and are satisfied with the Contract and all Terms and Conditions, signed contracts are returned to Andromeda Property Group. Once contracts are fully executed, we forward copies to all relevant parties within 5 business days.

Step 5
We liaise directly with the finance broker to ensure finance is underway and due dates will be met, along with the necessary valuation to be ordered.
Step 6
We track the land registration due date and advise the client, the client’s conveyancer/solicitor, and the finance broker once the land has been registered. Land settlement confirmation will be provided to the builder in order to get started with the build.

Step 7
We provide construction updates of build including photos, at practical completion. We recommend building inspections, insurance and property management if required.

We advise all parties that the property has settled and arrange a handover pack to be sent to the client and/or property manager.

Timeline & What To Expect

Within 24 hours from receipt of a signed Reservation Form along with a copy of the holding deposit receipt.

Within 2-3 Days.
Client Contract Signing
Within 5 business days from receipt of contract.
Land Developer and Builder Contracts Countersigning
2-3 business days from receipt of client’s signed contract.

Finance Approval Due Date
Typically 21 days from the date of contracts.
Land Settlement
Typically 14 days from land registration or finance approval if land is registered.

Council Approval of Full Working Drawings & Engineering
Approximately 6 weeks from land settlement.

Build Time Frame: 12 - 20 Weeks
12 - 20 weeks (Approximate estimate. Delays can occur due to weather, supplier etc.).
